Playground Tech is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for customers who choose to take full control of their infrastructure. Our offboarding process is designed to transfer all necessary code to the customer, enabling them to operate the platform independently.

  • Repository Setup: The customer creates repositories and grants the Playground Tech team members access.

  • Code Transfer: Playground Tech transfers all relevant code to the customer's repositories.

  • Execution Verification: Playground Tech ensures the code can be executed from a local machine or through a pipeline if the customer uses GitHub Actions.

  • Knowledge Transfer: The customer is provided with a time bank of 10 hours to review the codebase, understand how to perform changes, and ask questions.

  • Handover Completion: Upon completing the above steps, the customer assumes full control of operations in an "as-is" state.

Important Note:

  • Operational procedure documentation is not provided as a part of the offboarding process.

  • The 10-hour time bank is intended for knowledge transfer and question-answering, not for modifying the system.

  • After the offboarding process, the customer will be responsible for all aspects of the platform's operation and maintenance.

Post-Offboarding Support

After the offboarding process is completed, any additional support or consultation will be subject to new contractual agreements and may incur additional fees.

For customers considering the Post-Offboarding support, we recommend scheduling a planning meeting with your Playground Tech account manager to discuss timelines and specific requirements and to address any concerns.
