Playground tech provides Support as part of our Resell of AWS, Azure, and GCP. The purpose is to offer you the opportunity to interact with the Playground Tech team and to ensure fast and reliable assistance when needed.

You will get direct access to experienced Cloud Engineers who can assist you with general guidance, problem solving and incident management regarding your cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Support is available on two levels.

  • Level 1: Engineering Advisory

  • Level 2: Partner-Led Support
