Customers are responsible for managing their own AWS support, which includes opening support tickets directly with AWS. Additionally, they must independently manage their AWS support level, unless they have purchased Partner Led Support.

Partner Led Support
If you have explicitly purchased Partner Led Support (Addendum to the Cloud Management Program). You'll need to open an AWS ticket at any of the following channels:
Slack: Use the designated customer channel for real-time support and collaboration.
Portal: Visit support.playgroundtech.io to submit and track your support tickets.
Email: Contact us at [email protected] for any support requests.
