Portal overview

  1. Raise new Support requests

  2. View active requests

  3. Get an historic overview of previously completed Support requests

Request overview

  1. View request

  2. Add comment if needed

View Support requests

  1. Open all requests

  1. Change filter to view closed requests

Notifications

  1. Sends you updates via mail for every comment and status change regarding the request

  1. Turn off notifications for specific requests

Approval

In case we need your approval for something we’ll send you a message!

  1. You can approve the ticket directly through the mail or click “View request” and approve it through the portal.​
